Account Manager
Remote (Latin America-based)
Compensation: $2,500–$3,500 USD/month
Full-time, Pacific Time hours (8:30 AM–4:30 PM PT), Contractor

About the Role:
We’re looking for an Account Manager who combines client-facing confidence with strong relationship-building skills and fluency in performance marketing. You’ll serve as the primary point of contact for clients, translate campaign performance into clear insights, and collaborate closely with internal marketing and operations teams to keep accounts running smoothly. This role requires someone who is outgoing, polished, organized, and proactive — someone who can build trust quickly, manage moving pieces, and confidently lead conversations with clients.
You Will:
Build strong, long-term client relationships and become a trusted point of contact.
Lead client calls, performance reviews, and strategic conversations with confidence and warmth.
Serve as the bridge between clients and internal teams, translating requests into action and ensuring follow-through.
Manage expectations around deliverables, timelines, brand guidelines, and account priorities.
Review account performance and communicate metrics, insights, and recommendations in a client-friendly way.
Speak comfortably about paid media performance across channels like Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads.
Prepare monthly performance slide decks and present them clearly to clients.
Monitor account health, identify risks early, and address concerns before they escalate.
Proactively identify opportunities for client retention, upsells, and account growth.
Maintain organized records of client communication, action items, and next steps.
Take ownership of a growing number of accounts over time, with the goal of transitioning at least 4 accounts within the first 3 months.
About You:
Your Background:
3+ years of experience in Account Management, Client Success, or a similar client-facing role.
Experience in a digital marketing, advertising, or performance marketing agency environment.
Strong understanding of paid media and performance marketing, especially Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads.
Ability to explain marketing performance metrics such as CPA, ROAS, traffic, and related KPIs in a polished, client-friendly way.
Experience leading client calls, presenting updates, and managing expectations confidently in English.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts and stakeholders at once.
Excellent communication skills — comfortable in a distributed, English-speaking environment.
Advanced or fluent English proficiency, written and spoken.
Comfortable using reporting dashboards, slide presentations, and account data to guide conversations.
Professional, proactive, and confident handling client questions, concerns, and feedback.
Naturally outgoing and charismatic — able to build trust and rapport quickly.
Client-curious and relationship-driven — you enjoy getting to know clients personally and building lasting partnerships.
Calm under pressure, highly organized, and able to keep projects moving.
Confident speaking up on calls and taking ownership of the client relationship.
Nice to Have:
Prior media buying experience.
Experience with Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, or similar platforms.
Familiarity with CRM and project management tools.
Experience preparing and presenting client-facing reports or slide decks.
Experience working with U.S.-based clients or within the American market.
Strong presentation skills.
Experience identifying upsell or retention opportunities within existing accounts.
