Senior Product Designer
Remote (Latin America or overseas, non-U.S.-based)
Compensation: $4,000–$6,500 USD/month
Full-time, Contractor
Work hours: ideally 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM EST; some flexibility possible

Our client is a fast-growing U.S.-based subscription fragrance and lifestyle company offering customers access to more than 1,000 fragrance brands through a monthly subscription model. About the Role:
We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer who can own the end-to-end product experience across web and mobile, with a strong mobile-first mindset. You’ll lead research, usability testing, UX strategy, UI design, and implementation thinking, while partnering closely with product, engineering, and design leadership to create elegant, high-performing customer experiences. This role requires someone highly hands-on, independent, detail-oriented, and capable of driving strong product thinking without relying on a separate research team.
You Will:
Own the end-to-end product design process across web and mobile, with emphasis on mobile-first experiences
Lead customer research, usability testing, and A/B testing
Create high-quality UX and UI solutions that balance customer needs with business goals
Design and improve key customer journeys, including homepage and checkout flows
Present design decisions clearly and collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders
Work closely with the Senior Director of Product Design, another Senior Product Designer, and the broader product team
Contribute to design systems, patterns, and best practices in Figma
Support a fast-growing team by operating with strong ownership and minimal hand-holding
About You:
Your Background:
8+ years of experience in digital or product design
Strong experience owning product design end-to-end
Strong portfolio showcasing mobile product work
Experience with UX research, customer interviews, usability testing, and A/B testing
Deep expertise in Figma
Strong product thinking and the ability to make data-informed design decisions
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across distributed teams
Comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities at once
Must come from a B2C background; e-commerce experience is strongly preferred
Experience in subscription, consumer packaged goods, D2C, luxury, or lifestyle businesses is highly valued
Nice to Have:
Experience in subscription-based consumer products
Background in e-commerce, luxury, lifestyle, or D2C/CPG
Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth product environments
Experience contributing to design systems or component libraries
Experience partnering with senior product and executive stakeholders

Compensation: $4,000–$6,500 USD/month
Contractor role paid through Deel (Candidates must manage their own taxes as independent contractors)
