Depending on the time of the month, the role may be heavily focused on ticket management, while other periods require greater involvement in auditing, administrative processes, owner statement reviews, and collections efforts.
The ideal candidate has a strong finance or accounting background, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple competing priorities.
What You'll Do
- Manage and prioritize a high-volume ticket queue, ensuring timely resolution of homeowner and internal team inquiries.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners and the Account Management team regarding financial and operational requests.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve issues by partnering with Finance, Operations, Owner Relations, Legal, and other internal stakeholders.
- Support the monthly owner statement process, including statement reviews, audits, reconciliations, and issue resolution.
- Perform financial and operational audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal processes.
- Lead collections efforts by following up on outstanding homeowner balances and driving resolution of overdue accounts.
- Research and respond to accounting and finance-related inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and communication across multiple systems.
- Provide administrative support related to owner operations and finance workflows.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and help optimize operational procedures.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while balancing multiple priorities and deadlines.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in finance, accounting, financial operations, business operations, accounts receivable, or a related field.
- Experience managing high-volume ticket queues, case management workflows, customer support requests, or service operations.
- Strong understanding of accounting, financial operations, and reconciliation processes.
- Experience with collections, accounts receivable, payment follow-up, or dispute resolution is highly preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and investigative skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Experience with NetSuite is a plus.
- Experience in hospitality, property management, real estate, vacation rentals, or related industries is a plus.
