The company is looking for a hands-on performance marketer who can take full ownership of paid acquisition across Google Ads and Meta Ads.

About the Role
We are looking for a
Performance Marketing Specialist who lives inside Google Ads and Meta Ads.
This is a hands-on role where you will own the paid acquisition program end-to-end, including platform strategy, campaign buildout, optimization, tracking, reporting, and budget management.
You will be responsible for improving account health, scaling performance, reducing wasted spend, and ensuring campaigns are measured accurately across platforms.
The main focus of the role will be Google Ads and Meta Ads, with possible exposure to additional paid channels depending on business needs.
Responsibilities
- Own Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns end-to-end, including Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and Advantage+.
- Manage campaign architecture, channel strategy, daily optimization, bidding, audiences, and budget pacing.
- Plan monthly and quarterly budgets, monitor spend, and reallocate investment across channels and campaigns based on performance.
- Own conversion tracking infrastructure across GA4, Google Tag Manager, and ad platforms, ensuring every click, lead, and purchase is measured accurately.
- Build, test, and refresh first-party audiences, custom segments, lookalikes, and remarketing strategies.
- Analyze landing pages and funnels to identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and paid acquisition performance.
- Develop and manage an experimentation calendar, including creative tests, copy tests, bid strategy tests, audience tests, and holdouts.
- Prepare weekly performance reports with a clear narrative, highlighting what is happening, what has changed, and what actions should be taken.
- Stay ahead of platform changes, including AI bidding, privacy updates, new ad formats, and attribution shifts, and bring proactive recommendations to leadership.
Requirements
Must-Haves
- 4–7 years of experience running paid search and paid social campaigns, ideally in a lean team or agency environment.
- Deep hands-on fluency in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Experience managing paid media budgets of approximately $500K+ per year.
- Hands-on experience with conversion tracking setup, including pixels, GA4, GTM, conversion events, and attribution troubleshooting.
- Strong analytical skills, including comfort using Google Sheets or Excel to analyze performance and build reports.
- Advanced English level, with clear and direct communication skills.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with additional paid channels such as LinkedIn, TikTok, Microsoft Ads, programmatic, affiliate, or Connected TV.
- Exposure to B2B SaaS, subscription-based products, or longer sales-cycle environments.
- Familiarity with CRM integrations and lead quality feedback loops, especially Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Experience with marketing analytics tools such as Looker.
- Experience working in startups, high-growth companies, or fast-moving environments where priorities may shift quickly.

- Compensation: USD 3,000–4,500 per month, depending on seniority and experience.
