Our client is a rapidly growing company in the online education and professional development space. They help highly skilled individuals gain access to elite career paths and are focused on scaling their paid media and creative operations. The team is lean, fast-moving, and data-driven, with a strong focus on generating measurable financial outcomes from creative campaigns.
About the Role:
The Creative Strategist will lead the development of high-performing content across paid and organic channels. This role combines strategic thinking, creative ideation, and execution oversight to ensure that all campaigns drive measurable business results. The ideal candidate will be metric-driven, highly creative, and able to take concepts from ideation through production while collaborating closely with editors, video creators, and media buyers.
Responsibilities:
- Own creative strategy across paid and organic channels, including TikTok, Instagram, Reels, and short-form video.
- Write scripts, design, and edit video content using AI tools and other relevant software.
- Produce high-volume ad content while iterating based on performance metrics to scale campaigns.
- Collaborate with media buyers, video editors, designers, and external creators to execute creative concepts.
- Source and manage relationships with UGC creators or external contributors when needed.
- Analyze performance data (ROAS, CTR, CPA) and feed insights back into creative strategy.
- Stay up-to-date with platform trends, formats, and algorithm changes.
Requirements
Must-Have:
- 4–7 years of experience in creative strategy and paid media campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with paid media, performance marketing, and understanding of key metrics (ROAS, CTR, CPA).
- Experience scripting, designing, and editing video content, including AI-assisted tools.
- Proven ability to generate high-volume content and iterate based on performance outcomes.
- Advanced English (written and spoken).
- Strong collaboration skills with media buyers, editors, and external creators.
- Metric-driven mindset with experience linking creative output to financial outcomes.
Nice-to-Have:
- Background or interest in quants, online education, professional development, or financial/technical content.
- Experience growing or managing a personal or brand creator account.
- Familiarity with AI content creation tools and automation for efficiency.
- Exposure to digital service industries, including EdTech, consumer apps, and online learning platforms.
Benefits & Work Modalities:
- Compensation: USD $4,000–$6,000/month (mid to senior-level, depending on experience).
- Full-time remote as a contractor.
- 9 am -5 am EST
- Paid time off: 10 days PTO plus U.S. holidays.
