About the Role
We’re seeking a Google Ads & Meta Ads Specialist to execute and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram. You’ll be responsible for delivering exceptional results by optimizing campaigns, performing A/B tests, refining keywords, and tracking KPIs to ensure our clients achieve maximum ROI.
This role requires a mix of creativity, analytical skills, and excellent communication. You'll work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where innovation and proactive problem-solving are highly valued.
Responsibilities:
Develop, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, YouTube, Local Services Ads (LSAs), Facebook, and Instagram.
Conduct keyword research, write ad copy, create ad extensions, and develop bilingual landing page copy (Spanish & English).
Monitor and maintain campaign health—manage bids, audiences, budgets, impression share, and quality scores.
Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis for both ads and landing pages.
Launch and optimize Meta ads that align with clients’ overarching strategy.
Track, analyze, and report on campaign KPIs and make strategic recommendations.
Create weekly and monthly performance reports for internal and client review.
Join team meetings to share campaign updates and contribute to cross-platform insights.
Participate in client performance calls—presenting results and next steps for Google and Meta Ads.
