Our client is a growing company in the environmental health and wellness space, helping homeowners identify and address environmental factors that may impact health and well-being. Their work focuses on areas such as air quality, water quality, mold exposure, lighting, and electric fields inside the home.
The company operates in a unique niche related to health, wellness, and longevity.
Our client is looking for a highly detail-oriented Technical Writer to support report writing and operational coordination.
The primary focus of the role will be writing and organizing technical client reports based on environmental home assessments. The role will also include operational and coordination-related tasks such as contractor outreach, follow-ups, and administrative support.
This is a great opportunity for someone with strong analytical writing skills who is also organized, process-oriented, and interested in health and wellness-related topics.
Write, edit, and organize technical client reports
Structure complex information into clear and professional documentation
Ensure reports are accurate, polished, and consistent
Coordinate contractor outreach and follow-ups
Support operational and administrative workflows
Help organize internal processes and tasks
Communicate internally with the founder and team
0–3 years of experience in technical writing, analytical writing, academic writing, research, or similar roles
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (C1+)
Strong technical, analytical, or structured writing skills
Strong attention to detail
Highly organized and process-oriented
Ability to manage repetitive workflows with consistency and accuracy
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Strong time management and follow-through skills
Evidence of organization, ownership, and reliability in previous work or academic experience
Background in biology, chemistry, environmental science, or health-related fields
Experience with operational or administrative support tasks
Experience coordinating vendors or contractors
Interest in health, wellness, longevity, or environmental health topics
Master’s degree, PhD, or research-focused academic experience
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm PST
