About the Client:
Our client is a growing company in the operations and logistics space, handling inventory, warehousing, supply chain, e-commerce, and customer experience systems. They are seeking a hands-on NetSuite Administrator to manage and optimize their ERP environment, including integrations with warehouse management and e-commerce platforms. This is a remote position reporting to the Director of Operations.

About the Role:
The NetSuite Administrator will be the primary owner of the company's NetSuite ERP instance and connected systems. This role involves day-to-day administration, integration management, troubleshooting, and collaboration with department leaders to improve processes and system functionality. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly skilled in NetSuite, and comfortable working independently with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Administer NetSuite: manage user roles, permissions, workflows, custom fields, scripts, and bundles.
• Maintain integrations via Celigo between NetSuite, SnapFulfill (WMS), Magento/Adobe Commerce, and Avalara (tax engine).
• Troubleshoot transaction and inventory-related issues, pricing, and custom records.
• Collaborate with internal teams across operations, supply chain, warehouse, sales, and finance.
• Implement system enhancements, reduce customizations when possible, and optimize native NetSuite functionality.
• Build and maintain saved searches, KPI dashboards, and reports.
• Coordinate with external MSP on identity, access, and any IT issues affecting business systems.
• Document processes, configurations, and integration logic for internal reference.

Requirements:

Must-Have:

• 3–5+ years of hands-on NetSuite administration experience.
• English: advanced, fluent in both written and spoken communication.
• Experience in a product or inventory-driven business.
• Proficient in managing integrations between NetSuite and warehouse or e-commerce systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working remotely and independently across U.S. time zones.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with SnapFulfill or other WMS systems.
• Experience managing integrations via Celigo between NetSuite and connected systems.
• Exposure to Magento / Adobe Commerce or similar e-commerce platforms.
• Familiarity with the Avalara tax engine or basic U.S. tax workflow concepts.
• Knowledge of SuiteScript 2.x, SuiteFlow, or NetSuite development/customization.
• Previous experience in consulting or working in multiple NetSuite instances.

Benefits & Work Arrangement:

• Compensation: USD $3,000–$4,000 per month, depending on seniority and experience.
• 100% remote work as a contractor.
•  PTO on yr1 is 10 days + 7 USA holidays, with increases each year
• Flexible schedule aligned with U.S. Eastern Time (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST).
