Role Overview
We are looking for a high-performing Procurement / Vendor Management Specialist to help build and scale core procurement capabilities in a fast-moving environment. This role requires strong ownership, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage supplier relationships end-to-end, from sourcing and negotiations to performance tracking and continuous improvement.
You will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, contributing directly to operational efficiency, cost optimization, and supplier strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Sourcing & Supplier Management
- Lead and support strategic sourcing initiatives across key spend categories
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers aligned with operational and commercial needs
- Support and lead supplier negotiations, including pricing, terms, and service levels
- Build long-term, high-performing supplier relationships
Cost, Performance & Analytics
- Perform spend analysis to identify cost reduction and value-creation opportunities
- Build and track supplier KPIs, pricing models, and performance scorecards
- Monitor supplier performance and drive corrective actions when needed
Ownership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Translate ambiguous business needs into structured, data-driven procurement solutions
- Take end-to-end ownership of procurement and vendor-related workstreams
- Partner closely with Operations, Finance, and Logistics teams to ensure alignment
Process, Governance & Scale
- Improve procurement processes, controls, and governance as the company scales
- Support procurement digitization, reporting, and analytics initiatives
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, contracts, and regulatory requirements
Requirements
Experience
- 2–6 years of experience in procurement, vendor management, supply chain, operations, or consulting
- Hands-on experience managing suppliers, negotiations, and commercial agreements
- Exposure to international suppliers or complex operational environments is a strong plus
Skills & Capabilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets proficiency; comfort working with data and models
- Ability to operate with limited structure and drive outcomes independently
- Clear and confident communicator, comfortable working with senior stakeholders
