Account Executive
Remote (Latin America-based)
Compensation: $2,500–$3,500 USD/month base + commission ($2,000 at 100% target, uncapped)

About the Company: Our client is an established remote company operating since 2013, with a diverse global team across Latin America and beyond. They work across two business lines: one focused on custom products for U.S. customers, and another focused on connecting SMBs, designers, and creators with their global factory network. They offer a fast-paced, results-driven environment with meaningful learning opportunities in supply chain, manufacturing, and custom products.
About the Role: We’re looking for a true hunter — an Account Executive who thrives on outbound prospecting and can own the full sales cycle from cold outreach to close. This role sits within the company’s sourcing division and is focused on connecting SMBs with manufacturing partners. The ideal candidate is someone who does not wait for leads to come in — they go find them. The team is specifically looking for someone with strong outbound DNA, as that is critical for success in this role.
You Will:
Own the full sales cycle, including cold outreach, discovery, demos, proposals, and closing
Drive a 70% outbound / 30% inbound sales motion
Manage deals with an average size of $1K–$5K and a sales cycle of 1–2 weeks
Build and manage your pipeline using Pipedrive and Apollo
Collaborate with the SDR to move inbound opportunities forward
Hit and exceed KPIs tied to sales activity, lead generation, conversion, and revenue
Ramp quickly and begin contributing early after onboarding
About You:
Your Background:
3+ years of full-cycle sales experience, ideally in a startup or fast-paced environment
Proven outbound prospecting track record
Cold calling experience is required
Strong professional English fluency
Clear communication skills in a remote, English-speaking environment
High ownership mentality and ability to work independently
Comfortable with ambiguity and able to adapt quickly
Motivated by commission and performance-driven outcomes
Nice to Have:
Experience with Pipedrive and/or Apollo
Background in e-commerce, supply chain, FMCG, or manufacturing
SaaS sales experience
More neutral English accent
Compensation & Benefits:
Compensation: $2,500–$3,500 USD/month base
Commission: $2,000 at 100% target achievement, uncapped
Open to discussing compensation above $3,500 for the right profile
