About the Role
We're looking for an Inbound Lead Qualifier to join the CustomizeNow team. This is a primarily inbound-focused role — different from a typical outbound-heavy SDR position. You'll be the first point of contact for incoming leads across chat, email, and calls, working closely with the Inside Sales team to qualify opportunities and keep the pipeline moving. This role is KPI-driven and measured on responsiveness and conversion quality rather than hours logged.
