About the role
Join our client’s team as a Creative Director and become the senior creative voice behind a fast-scaling, tech-enabled hospitality company. The organization operates at the intersection of travel, real estate, and technology, delivering curated, high-quality group stays across multiple destinations.
You will define and elevate how the brand looks, feels, and communicates across every touchpoint — from social media to property listings to global campaigns. You’ll also lead a distributed, international creative team and shape the visual and narrative identity of a large and growing portfolio of premium properties across multiple markets.
Responsibilities
Creative Vision & Brand Identity
- Own and evolve the visual identity, tone of voice, and storytelling standards across all properties and channels
- Ensure brand consistency across single-family homes, multi-unit properties, and hospitality-style experiences
Social-First Content Strategy
- Lead high-performing content strategies for Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms
- Position properties as aspirational, experience-driven content that drives engagement and bookings
Channel & Performance Creative
- Oversee creative output for OTAs (Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, Expedia) and direct booking channels
- Optimize listing photography, copy, and merchandising assets to improve conversion and revenue performance
Campaign Leadership
- Lead end-to-end creative development for seasonal and strategic campaigns (retreats, holidays, destination launches)
- Deliver across paid, owned, and earned media channels
Team Leadership & Scaling
- Build and manage a globally distributed creative team (designers, photographers, videographers, copywriters)
- Run creative reviews, set quality standards, and develop talent across regions and time zones
AI-Driven Creative Operations
- Integrate generative AI tools into daily creative workflows (image, video, copy, production efficiency)
- Define best practices for AI usage while maintaining strong creative craft
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Performance Marketing, Revenue, Real Estate, and Interior Design teams to ensure creative drives business outcomes
Requirements
- 7+ years in creative leadership roles
- Strong background in luxury hospitality, travel, lifestyle, or premium consumer brands
- Proven portfolio of campaigns, brand systems, and creative work with measurable impact
- Deep expertise in social media as a primary brand channel
- Experience managing brand identity across multiple markets or sub-brands
- Hands-on experience with distribution/channel marketing (OTAs, marketplaces, listings)
- Familiarity with AI tools for creative production and workflow optimization
- Proven experience managing distributed, global teams
- Strong English communication skills (written and spoken, near-native level)
- Ability to work US time zones (PST / CST / EST alignment required)
