The Executive Assistant will play a vital role in supporting the founder, who is highly creative and business-focused but can sometimes be disorganized. The ideal candidate will need to be highly adaptable, able to manage a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and ground the founder when he needs help with organization. The founder works primarily in business development, securing key meetings and partnerships, and the Executive Assistant will help with organizing and coordinating these activities. This position requires a high level of emotional intelligence, organization, and the ability to stay calm and collected in the face of ever-changing priorities.
You will be responsible for managing the founder's schedule, communications, and business development activities. You will also help organize materials, meetings, and events, ensuring smooth operations for the founder’s daily activities and long-term projects.
