Sales Development Representative
Remote (Latin America-based)
Compensation: $2,000–$2,500 USD/month base + commission
Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9AM–5PM EST, Contractor.

Our client is a leading company in the real estate lending space, helping real estate investors, builders, and property developers access short-term financing solutions. They are focused on delivering fast, flexible, and efficient lending products, and their team continues to grow as demand expands.
About the Role:
We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative who brings strong outbound sales ability, confidence, and a proactive approach. You’ll focus on generating new business opportunities by reaching out to real estate investors, builders, and developers, while supporting the broader sales function with qualified leads and pipeline activity. This role requires someone who is highly proactive, comfortable hunting for new business, and able to communicate clearly and confidently with U.S.-based prospects.
You Will:
Make 20–30 outbound calls per day to real estate investors, builders, and property developers
Proactively source and engage new leads through outbound prospecting
Build interest with potential clients and identify qualified opportunities
Support the sales team by generating pipeline and helping move leads forward
Maintain organized follow-up and consistent communication with prospects
Speak directly with U.S.-based investors and clients in a clear and professional way
About You:
Your Background:
3+ years of experience in sales, business development, financial services, or similar client-facing roles
Strong experience with outbound prospecting and hunter-style sales work
Excellent spoken English and the ability to communicate confidently with U.S.-based clients
Strong verbal communication and rapport-building skills
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and proactive approach
Able to work independently and stay organized in a remote environment
Nice to Have:
Experience in financial services
Experience working with U.S. companies
Experience in the U.S. real estate market
A neutral accent or highly clear English communication
Stronger English communication can outweigh some experience gaps
