About the Role
We’re looking for a Talent Sourcer (Hunter) to join our fast-growing Recruitment team at Near.
As a Hunter, you’ll play a key role at the very beginning of every hiring process. Your work directly impacts the quality, speed, and success of our searches - and ultimately, our clients’ ability to build strong teams.
This is a high-impact, execution-driven role, ideal for someone who enjoys proactive sourcing, strategic thinking, and working closely with recruiters to close active deals. You’ll be part of a team where your contribution is visible, valued, and essential to our growth.
What You’ll Do
Candidate Sourcing & Market Intelligence
Proactively identify and engage top talent using multiple channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, and our internal ATS
Use Boolean searches and advanced sourcing techniques to find high-quality candidates in competitive markets
Stay up to date on market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability to continuously improve sourcing strategies
Candidate Engagement & Assessment
Initiate outreach through cold sourcing, warm leads, and referrals, building strong first connections with candidates
Clearly communicate role context, client expectations, and value propositions
Conduct initial screens and interviews to assess experience, skills, and cultural fit
Gather candidate feedback to continuously improve the candidate experience
Collaboration & Execution
Work closely with Recruiters to fully understand client needs and role requirements
Provide ongoing feedback on candidate quality, market challenges, and sourcing insights
Maintain accurate and organized records in the ATS, tracking candidate progress throughout the process
Share updates and performance insights with the team and leadership
What We’re Looking For
1+ year of experience in recruiting or sourcing (desired), in-house or agency
Ability to execute and prioritize in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Problem-solving mindset with a strong sense of ownership
Experience working remotely (preferred)
Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
High agency and accountability for results
