About the role
Join our client’s team as an Outbound Sales Development Representative! If you are experienced in cold calling and have a true passion for sales, this opportunity is for you! You’d be joining an amazing team with training sessions and a lot of opportunities to grow within this role.
Responsibilities:
- Cold Calling: Initiate and manage outbound cold calls to potential clients, introducing our products and services with the goal of generating interest and leads.
- Engage and Qualify: Engage potential customers in meaningful conversations, assessing their needs, and qualifying them as potential prospects.
- Database Management: Effectively use Salesforce and CRM software to manage and document client interactions, update records, and track progress.
- Communication Skills: Maintain clear and professional communication with potential clients, providing them with information and addressing inquiries.
- Lead Generation: Identify and create sales opportunities by nurturing leads and converting them into prospects for the sales team.
- Sales Passion: Demonstrate a genuine passion for sales and a commitment to achieving sales goals and targets.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in sales
- Proven lead generation skills
- Strong organizational skills
- To be proficient in Hubspot, Notion, Google Apps, Slack, and ClickUp.
- Strong communication skills
