About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Paid Media Manager to own and optimize acquisition campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
The ideal candidate is not just a media buyer who knows how to manage platforms. They understand marketing, sales psychology, messaging, and creative strategy, and can identify why a campaign is or is not converting.
You will manage campaigns end-to-end, collaborate with the creative team on high-performing ads, analyze results, and recommend improvements across the customer journey. You will also communicate with clients when needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Own campaign strategy, budgets, testing, performance analysis, and reporting.
- Develop and improve ad messaging, copy, hooks, offers, and creative concepts.
- Partner with the creative team to produce ads designed to drive measurable results.
- Identify opportunities to improve landing pages, funnels, and conversion rates.
- Translate campaign data into clear recommendations and next steps.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align campaigns with business objectives.
- Communicate performance, strategy, and recommendations to clients through Slack and calls when required.
Requirements
Must-Haves
- 5+ years of hands-on paid media experience, with strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals, customer psychology, positioning, and sales principles.
- Proven ability to develop or guide high-performing ad creative and copy.
- Strong experience with campaign optimization, testing, budget management, and performance analysis.
- Experience with lead generation, landing pages, and conversion-focused campaigns.
- Advanced English and confidence communicating with clients and U.S.-based teams.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience working in a marketing agency or managing multiple client accounts.
- Experience with HubSpot.
- Experience collaborating closely with sales teams.
- Experience with conversion rate optimization or funnel strategy.
- Experience mentoring other media buyers or leading paid media strategy.

- Compensation: depending on experience and seniority.
- Work arrangement: 100% remote.
- Contract type: Independent contractor.
