We’re seeking an experienced Account Executive that will become a key role at Near.
You’re a good fit if you are proactive, future-thinking, are comfortable with ambiguity, and have an entrepreneurial spirit. You must be persuasive, optimistic, and get excited about selling.
The ideal candidate will join our team and help us develop relationships with large businesses in the United States and position us as their go-to partner for all things LatAm hiring: sourcing, recruiting, onboarding, retention, and more.

Source qualified opportunities.
Own the full-cycle sales process: research, prospect, and close deals.
Identify and develop a portfolio of key hiring managers at mid size US companies who use or plan to use the types of staffing services we offer
Cultivate strong relationships by consulting the clients in your portfolio with the intention of earning their continued business
Provide high-quality customer consultation and service to ensure client satisfaction.
Work closely with Near’s sales and support teams throughout the entire assignment process
