We are growing fast and are seeking an immediate full-time Customer Service Specialist to join our team. We are looking for team players who want to build bonds with our customer base and make sure they have a fantastic experience with the company. We want to ensure our customers enjoy a lifelong outdoor journey with their new e-bike. If you enjoy helping potential customers have a great experience with their bikes, then this role might be for you.
This position has the opportunity to grow with an exciting, fast-moving start-up.
● At least 5 Years of experience in customer service/support via phone, email, and/or social media
● 50+ WPM average typing speed
● Experienced in resolving customer complaints
● Experienced in developing relationships with customers
● Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
● Ability to multitask and is technically-minded and detailed-oriented
● Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
● Enjoy sharing your fun personality with others
● Proficiency using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets), or Microsoft Office
● Knowledge of major social media platforms (a big plus if you’ve used them on a business level)
● Experience in using Zendesk
● Conducive WFH set-up with a reliable internet connection
