This person will assist with emails sent to our Real Estate Management company, which is currently low volume. They will also help with reading & parsing content for the CEO from newsletters and subscriptions he receives. The content will primarily be finance & real estate related so any financial experience will be helpful.
Reading & responding to or forwarding emails received by our real estate management company
Reading newsletters & subscriptions and parsing the information for the CEO
Watching/Shortlisting video recordings and parsing the information for the CEO
3+ have customer service experience
College degree preferred
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Tech-savvy with working knowledge of Google Suite
Finance/bookkeeping/accounting experience is a plus
At least 25 MB internet speed
