We’re looking for an executive assistant to join our team.
Full time position for a bookkeeper to help a company with 6 project managers. Virtual assistant duties will be as follows.
· Prepare and send out invoices to clients using QuickBooks.
· Follow up on invoices and obtain client payment. Assist clients to make payments.
· Make payments to vendors.
· Bookkeeping with Quickbooks. Record expenses, payments, etc.
· Take client phone calls and redirect client to project manager.
· Set up new projects for project managers on Basecamp and DropBox.
· Take minutes during company meetings and update Basecamp.
· 1+ years of relevant experience
· Fluency in English and able to work 9AM to 5PM Eastern Time
· Bookkeeping skills
· Proficiency with Quickbooks
· Familiarity with project management tools, ability to learn Basecamp
· Microsoft Office, especially Teams and Outlook
