We are looking for a great Inbound Sales Representative to help us continue to deliver the experience to our customers. As an Inbound Sales Rep, you’ll be on the frontlines of making sure our customers have what they need when they need it so they can accomplish their jobs Inside sales reps will be responsible for

• Responding to clients via our inbound communications channels (Phone, Text Message, Email and Web)

• Processing orders in our order entry software and coordinating delivery schedules to ensure seamless material delivery

• Issuing purchase orders to vendors for necessary materials 

• Tracking and managing sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis

• Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes

• Preparing weekly and monthly reports on account growth and process improvement 

You’ll be a great fit if you 

• Have some experience in customer service or sales-related roles 

• Have great interpersonal communication skills - you’ll have to work with a wide variety or personalities

• Have a strong level of English

• Are proficient in Slack, Notion, Airtable, or other modern tools that can help us be quicker

• Are a fast learner - we move on the fly

• Are highly organized - we have a lot of moving parts in our business. It helps if you’re organized

• Have excellent attention to detail - re: a lot of moving parts
