We are searching for someone to join our tight-knit team of passionate e-commerce professionals as a Customer Service Specialist. We are on our mission to help expecting parents enjoy their pregnancy journey.

The right fit for this role would be someone that truly enjoys helping others, working in a fast paced environment where you mostly follow routine but, occasionally have to switch gears to assist the team with ad-hoc support tasks. Responsibilities:

• Provide knowledgeable answers to customers by phone, chat & email inquiries.
• Assist customers with online orders and concerns.
• Follow up on all customer requests & queries.
• Assist customers with after sales service issues.
• Act as the primary contact for customer inquiries about our products.

Requirements:

• 2 + years of experience in customer service
• Strong Verbal & Written Communication (English)
• Strong Ecommerce background/Understanding
• Proactive personality and self-motivator
• Ability to multitask
• Computer skills in Microsoft office & Other Web Based Platforms
• Ability to work harmoniously in a team
• Autonomous
