Responsibilities:
Hidden Harbor’s Portfolio Operations Group consists of dedicated professionals, senior advisors, and additional operations support staff who advise and assist the firm’s portfolio companies on driving value creation and implementing best practices / standard operating procedures (SOPs) in a variety of areas, including strategic priorities, people and organization, process and execution, and measurement and reporting.
This role is charged with leading and supporting portfolio company executives in the design and execution of key value creation initiatives across a broad range of disciplines (e.g., finance, strategy, operations, org effectiveness, and commercial excellence). Key outcomes of the of the role include:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to portfolio company management
- Develop and lead value creation initiatives both pre- and post-Close
- Assist in the implementation of standard operating procedures across portfolio companies
- Drive critical analytical and financial analyses
- Build strong relationships across Hidden Harbor and covered portfolio companies
- Support internal reporting and process improvement programs for the Portfolio Operations Group and broader firm
Qualifications:
Hidden Harbor seeks to hire individuals who are highly motivated, intelligent and have demonstrated excellence in prior endeavors. In addition to strong analytical and quantitative skills (e.g., an undergraduate degree with a focus in accounting, finance, economics, business management), he/she will have experience in a similar role.
