The UX Engineer facilitates collaboration between product design & engineering at Bonfire. This individual possesses the skills of a front-end engineer combined with a working knowledge of UX design principles.
They will focus on maintaining and building out UI components in HTML, CSS and Javascript, with the end goal of bridging the gap between the design system in Figma and actual UI components used by frontend & backend engineers. This individual will partner with other engineers, designers, and product managers to define & deliver new features, translate concepts into interactive prototypes, and iterate on interactions, animations, and details to create a delightful user experience. They will also execute experiments in Google Optimize using Javascript.
