Responsibilities include
● Work with leadership to develop compelling roadmaps, milestones, and metrics to target our desired goals and measure progress towards them.
● Lead product ideation and prioritization across a cross-functional team through the product development cycle-UI/UX, engineering, QA, and data analysis.
● Collaborate with design in building user experiences that are intuitive, creative and solve customer needs. These collaborative touchpoints are user research, design sessions, usability testing and customer feedback sessions.
● Prioritize ideas in a robust, data-informed way with an aim to have the most impact
● Execute efficiently in a fast-paced, fluid start-up environment where change is constant.
● Experience with agile methodologies and scrums.
● Experience with Design Sprint methodology a plus.
● Experience collaborating with marketing to launch products a plus.
Who We are Looking For
● A well organized individual with a proven track record of building and launching innovative products that drove business growth.
● Collaborator with 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, 2+ years focused on driving Growth initiatives by successfully shipping products to market.
● Experience with BI, SQL, and other data analysis tools a plus.
● Someone who takes action and ownership and has a customer-first/customer-obsessed mentality.
● Excellent communication skills based on respect and curiosity of understanding others
● A self-starter who has a problem-solving aptitude and inventive thinking skills.
● Experience turning feedback, market research, and usage data into product recommendations
● Experience managing products for a B2B audience
● Has a passion for providing a great user experience and building products and experiences that customers loves
● Someone who has a engineering fosused lens
● Experience with product market fit and increasing sales
● Be extremely detailed in documentation
