Responsibilities
●Create and optimize a data-driven, paid lead generation engine with
audience segmentation and cohort analysis
●Deep understanding and strategic view of Google AdWords, DV360,
LinkedIn and Facebook ad manager
●Define ad metrics (ROAS, CPC, etc) for success and measurement
●Provide strategic oversight for ongoing optimization for campaigns
●Manage a team of outsourced marketing specialists to
○ Set up search and retargeting campaigns
○ Create conversion events with attribution values
○ Ensure UTM coding of ads and breakout with correct Google
Analytics
○ Ensure Retargeting pixel placements (Facebook, Google,
LinkedIn)
○ Establish repeatable and clear naming conventions for
campaigns
○ Implement best practices for pixeling, negative keywords,
frequency caps, and conversion events
○ Manage keyword identification and optimization
●Collaborate and partner with the design team on custom content
requirements, digital marketing support/message testing and creative
development to ensure general ad and marketing effectiveness.
●Define Account Based Marketing strategy and execution planning,
encompassing our ABM tools.
●Improve our ABM systems, processes, and technologies in order to help
execute on company revenue targets.
●Maintain a philosophy of ‘buyer-led sales’ where we do not execute
interruption marketing and where we are where the buyer wants us at
the right time with the right message.
●Partner with the VP of Sales to develop ABM Lite focused playbooks for
new customer acquisition, pipeline acceleration, and customer
expansion.
●Build then obsess over ABM metrics to ensure business impact
measured by named account pipeline & bookings, database growth
and accuracy for named accounts, account engagement scores and
sales effectiveness with ABM programs.
Requirements
●5+ years of proven omni-channel B2B digital marketing experience
within enterprise software/SaaS
●Proactive self-starter, demonstrating high initiative and critical thinking
●Proven ability to think strategically and highly execution-focused
●Positive attitude with the ability to work cross-functionally across
marketing, sales, and product teams
●Ability to prioritize numerous projects simultaneously
●Experience creating, trafficking, and execution of digital marketing
campaigns
●Understanding of pipeline, marketing, and sales metrics
●Demonstrated experience sourcing and overseeing vendors for
marketing program execution
●Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal
skills are a must
●Strong influencing and relationship-building skills
●High emotional intelligence, empathy, and resilience
●Team player with ability to collaborate, and also work independently
●Flexibility to adjust to the dynamic nature of a startup
●Startup to scaleup experience preferred
●Familiarity with Webflow CMS (optional)
●Ad manager certifications would be a bonus
