About the Role

This is not your typical assistant job. You’ll work closely (yet remotely) with the client to support his personal life—not his company. Think of this as being a part-organizer, part-cheerleader, part-coach. Responsibilities

• Manage a personal CRM and help the client stay in touch with friends and family
   
• Select thoughtful, creative gifts for birthdays and milestones
   
• Help track personal habits and act as an accountability partner
   
• Research tools, services, and ideas that make life easier or more fun
   
• Plan and book travel, hotels, and special experiences
   
• Support with personal admin and occasional special projects

• Creative and proactive: You can plan memorable moments and offer great ideas
   
• Strong communicator: Excellent written and spoken English
   
• Tech-savvy: You’re comfortable using tools like Google Sheets, Airtable, or Slack
   
• Detail-oriented: You execute tasks with care and precision
   
• Reliable setup: Stable internet (min. 50 Mbps) and a dedicated workspace at home

Compensation: $1,500–$1,700/month (negotiable)

Schedule: 8 am to 5 pm EST - Monday to Friday
