About the Role
The client is seeking a Creator Marketing Assistant to support their fast-growing eCommerce brand. This full-time, remote role (9am–5pm PT) is ideal for someone organized, creative, and proactive. The person in this role will manage influencer seeding, assist with paid social creative workflows, and help launch a new creator community program that turns superfans into brand ambassadors.

Since launching in 2020, they’ve helped over a million people build confidence through creative hobbies. With no external investors and a lean, high-performing remote team, they operate with freedom, efficiency, and heart.
Manage outreach and coordination for paid and gifted influencer campaigns
Track deliverables, deadlines, and communication with creators
Organize and tag paid social creative assets in internal systems
Help run a paid creator ambassador program: onboarding, briefing, and review
Coordinate across marketing and creative for seasonal launches and promotions
Skills:
1–2 years’ experience in marketing, creator, or social support roles (internships welcome)
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and an excellent communicator
Quick to learn tools like Google Sheets, Airtable, Ads Manager
Comfortable with scrappy tasks and hopping on a creator call if needed
Bonus: Knowledge of creator platforms or ad content production, or a passion for crafts
Compensation: $1,200 - $1,500 USD monthly
Schedule: Monday to Friday - 9 to 5 PT
