This is a fully remote role to work for one of our client, a health and wellness consumer packaged goods company. They are seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven Strategic Enablement Analyst to support their sales team with tactical, day-to-day sales enablement operations. This role focuses on maintaining sales tools and materials, ensuring accuracy and consistency across brands, and supporting cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities
- Manage sales enablement resources including sell stories, sample logistics, order forms, and internal tools to support the sales team.
- Maintain consistency and accuracy of sales materials across multiple brands, especially during packaging or pricing changes.
- Complete customer-facing documentation including item setup forms, price submissions, promotional activity, and content updates.
- Coordinate packaging and pricing change communication with internal teams and retail partners.
- Support sales meetings with tailored materials, pitch decks, and samples.
- Maintain and update syndicated data systems (e.g., 1WS, RIVIR, GDSN), ensuring content accuracy.
- Analyze sales and POS data to identify trends and support go-to-market planning.
- Partner with marketing, finance, and operations to align sales tools with broader brand and commercial objectives.
- Assist in launching new products and updating sales materials for base portfolio initiatives.
- Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and consistency across the sales function.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in sales operations, enablement, or business strategy, ideally in a CPG, food & beverage, or retail environment.
- Strong Excel skills for spreadsheet maintenance and data tracking.
- Experience working with customer or retailer systems (e.g., 1WS, GDSN, Data Council, RIVIR) is preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
- Customer service mindset with the ability to support cross-functional teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a dynamic setting.
