This is a role for our client, a fast-growing company in the sports and entertainment space. Their team is growing and they are looking to add a new member to their crew, so if you're looking to be part of a dynamic team you can join them on their mission as a Graphic Designer.
Overview
This is a part-time role (20 hours per week), ideal for someone with a strong foundation in design principles and a passion for creating visually compelling content.
You’ll work across a variety of digital assets — from social media and email campaigns to presentations and branded materials — helping to shape a consistent and engaging visual identity. Responsibilities:
- Email and Social Media Design: Create engaging email templates and social media graphics that drive engagement and conversions.
- Digital Content Creation: Develop visually appealing digital content, including banners, infographics, and other digital assets.
- Sales and Marketing Collateral: Design sales collateral, presentation decks, and one-pagers to support business development efforts.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure brand consistency across all design deliverables, including maintaining and evolving our brand guidelines.
- Video Editing (Optional): Edit videos for social media and other marketing purposes.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of graphic design experience preferred (up to 8 years considered)
- Strong background with consumer-facing brands, especially sports, activewear, outdoors, or automotive
- Strong skills in static design for email marketing (2–4 campaigns per offering) and social media (Instagram, X)
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); Canva is a plus
- Ability to elevate brand look and feel beyond basic templates by contributing creatively
- Experience managing multiple campaigns and deadlines with project ownership.
- Familiarity with collaborative workflows using Slack and Google Workspace
- English proficiency for internal communication (accent acceptable)
- Bonus: knowledge or interest in sports, activewear, or horse racing aesthetics
- Bonus: video editing skills (optional)
