About the Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Product Data Manager to lead product data accuracy and structure across ERP (Acctivate) and Shopify. You’ll own catalog integrity, support product optimization efforts, and oversee a junior data coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate ERP data: pricing, SKUs, descriptions
  
  
• Create and optimize Shopify listings (SEO, tags, images, metadata)
  
  
• Manage taxonomy, naming conventions, and data hygiene
  
  
• Use Excel/CSV tools for large-scale imports and updates
  
  
• Lead product data projects and catalog cleanups
  
  
• Supervise and review work of a junior data assistant
  
  
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, purchasing, and support teams
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years in product data, e-commerce ops, or ERP
  
  
• Excel expert (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas)
  
  
• Hands-on Shopify + ERP (ideally Acctivate) experience
  
  
• Strong grasp of SEO, taxonomy, and catalog structuring
  
  
• Confident managing large datasets and imports
  
  
• Team leadership or mentoring experience
  
  
• Organized, analytical, and proactive
