Your Role:

As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you’ll take ownership of key finance operations, focusing on cash application, billing, collections, and deduction management.

Cash Application & Invoicing

• Post customer payments accurately and on time
   
• Manage billing cycles and ensure compliance
   
• Handle e-commerce AR, ensuring order-to-cash accuracy
   

Deductions & Disputes

• Collaborate with internal teams and customers to validate deductions
   
• Analyze and challenge invalid claims with data-driven insights
   

Collections

• Follow up on overdue accounts and coordinate resolutions
   
• Review and adjust customer accounts as needed
   

Reconciliations & Reporting

• Reconcile customer accounts regularly
   
• Support month-end close with accurate reports
   

 Systems & Portals

• Manage EDI transactions for billing and accuracy
   
• Use Microsoft Dynamics 365 to drive AR efficiency
   
• Navigate customer/vendor portals for payment data, remittances, and reconciliation
   
• Partner with Customer Service to optimize data flows
   

What You Bring:

• Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related field
   
• 3+ years of AR experience (cash application, billing, EDI, deductions)
   
• Experience with Dynamics 365 (or similar ERP) preferred
   
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills
   
• Understanding of EDI workflows
   
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and solutions-driven
   
• Clear communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
