Responsibilities
- Generate and maintain purchase orders within the company’s ERP platform
- Coordinate with domestic carriers and freight providers to secure transport quotes and arrange shipments
- Communicate with vendors and customers to collect and validate documentation needed for shipments
- Collaborate with customs brokers to ensure proper clearance of incoming goods
- Organize internal transfers of products across states and regions
- Partner with third-party warehouses to manage incoming deliveries
- Cooperate with internal teams to meet deadlines and maintain accuracy
- Uphold compliance with relevant federal and state transportation regulations
- Handle high-volume email correspondence through a shared inbox
- Deliver excellent service to clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Take on additional tasks as needed to support logistics functions
Requirements
- At least 2 years’ experience working with U.S. customs brokers or managing import logistics
- Familiarity with domestic and international freight coordination
- Strong attention to detail when reviewing documentation for shipments
- Experience inputting data accurately into ERP software
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and enterprise systems

- Compensation Range: $18,000 - $24,000 per year. Please note that the final offer may vary based on the candidate's seniority, specific skill set, and performance throughout the evaluation and interview process.
