About the Role
We’re looking for an FP&A Analyst to support reporting, forecasting, and financial analysis. You’ll work closely with Accounting and Finance leadership to improve visibility across the organization, enhance reporting accuracy, and optimize forecasting tools and processes.

The role starts with managing monthly actuals and existing reports, then expands into department-level variance analysis and process improvements. Ideal for someone analytical, tech-savvy, and eager to contribute in a high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting & Variance Analysis

• Maintain and enhance monthly and quarterly financial reports
   
• Reconcile actuals in collaboration with Accounting
   
• Build department-level reports and conduct variance analysis
   
• Consolidate data from tools like DataRails, Sage Intacct, and Power BI
   

Financial Analysis & Forecasting

• Analyze payroll, contractor, and vendor expenses
   
• Track headcount and compensation trends
   
• Identify anomalies and partner with department leads to explain deviations
   
• Optimize use of forecasting tools and models
   

Process Improvement

• Standardize and automate reporting workflows
   
• Build templates to improve accuracy and reduce manual tasks
   

Skills & Qualifications

• 3–5 years in FP&A, corporate finance, or financial analysis
   
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
   
• Experience with DataRails preferred; other financial systems acceptable (Power BI, SAP, Sage Intacct, etc.)
   
• Solid understanding of P&L, balance sheet, and ERP data
   
• Strong English communication skills
