Overview
We are looking for an experienced Sr Account Executive with a strong background in digital marketing and business development strategies. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced agency environment, contributing to a wide range of projects from building sales strategies to launching new service offerings .
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the company's marketing and sales initiatives, focusing on elevating the brand and driving sustainable growth through innovative strategies.
- Execute an integrated marketing and sales plan, building relationships with potential clients, and leading business development efforts to achieve significant results in the digital marketing space
- Lead and develop high-performing business development and marketing teams
- Monitor sales metrics and analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges
- Foster cross-departmental collaboration to ensure successful execution of initiatives
- Provide strategic insights and reporting to leadership team
- Meet with potential clients and understand their business goals to propose innovative solutions
- Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies and team leadership
- Guide brand strategy and market positioning
- Oversee creation and execution of marketing campaigns
- Lead digital marketing initiatives across all channels
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies
- Manage marketing and sales budget for optimal ROI
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in digital marketing within an agency setting, including web design, paid media, and SEO/SEM.
- Experience in sales leadership roles, with a strong track record of consistently exceeding sales targets.
- Closing deals experience is key — proven ability to lead prospects through the full sales cycle.
- Deep expertise in developing and executing multi-channel digital marketing strategies.
- Experience managing marketing budgets and optimizing multichannel campaigns.
- Familiarity with CRMs like HubSpot and Go High Level (preferred, not required).
- Strong analytical skills; comfortable using Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar tools.
- Basic understanding of web development and CMS platforms such as WordPress or Webflow.
- Excellent leadership, team development, and collaboration with cross-functional or global teams.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, US Central Time (CST).
