Overview
We are looking for an experienced Designer with a strong background in graphic design, web design, and UX design. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced agency environment, contributing to a wide range of projects from ad creatives to complete website designs.
Responsibilities:
- Design and create compelling graphics for Google, Meta, and various social media advertising campaigns.
- Develop user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing landing pages and websites for our clients, from wireframes to final designs.
- Collaborate closely with marketing strategists, content creators, and developers to ensure design consistency and effectiveness across all platforms.
- Translate marketing objectives into clear, creative, and impactful visual designs.
- Maintain brand consistency across all client projects.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing graphic, web, and UX/UI work.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and prototyping tools like Figma or Sketch.
- Solid understanding of responsive design and UX/UI best practices.
- Experience designing websites and landing pages end-to-end, from wireframes to final layout.
- Comfortable working in WordPress — this is the main platform used.
- Able to turn marketing goals into visually compelling, effective designs.
- Strong collaboration skills; works well with strategists, content creators, and developers.
- Excellent time management; able to juggle 4–6 website projects at a time (2 new deals/month, ~3 months each).
- Agency or multi-client experience is highly preferred.
- Client-facing role with room for creative direction (within brand guidelines).
- Must provide examples of ads and landing pages.
- Monday–Friday schedule.
