This is a fully remote role to work for one of our US-based clients. They are seeking a Full-Stack Team Lead to oversee the development, maintenance, and optimization of web applications and tools. This role involves leading a distributed team of developers, ensuring high-quality product delivery, and contributing to platform architecture and scalability. The ideal candidate is hands-on, proactive, and capable of managing both people and complex technical solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Lead full-stack development efforts across web applications using modern frameworks and technologies.
- Contribute to feature development, bug resolution, and product delivery aligned with business priorities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, scrum, and other technical teams to ensure roadmap alignment.
- Manage the development process using Agile methodologies, including sprint planning and estimation.
- Support application infrastructure and service delivery using standardized incident, change, and problem management processes.
- Ensure systems adhere to platform architecture, security, and scalability standards.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members across global locations.
- Monitor and manage service-level agreements (SLAs), ensuring delivery against performance targets.
- Identify and escalate risks and technical issues as needed.
- Continuously contribute to process documentation, code quality improvement, and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in full-stack development, ideally in a remote environment.
- Strong hands-on experience with PHP (Laravel, Symfony), Angular, Node.js, and MySQL/NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with AWS infrastructure and scalable software architecture (monolithic and microservices).
- Proficiency with version control systems (e.g., Git) and working in Linux-based environments.
- Experience leading distributed development teams and collaborating with offshore resources.
- Strong communication and documentation skills, with the ability to explain complex issues clearly.
- Proven ability to solve problems independently and guide teams through challenges.
- Comfortable working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal).
- Ability to align work to key business objectives and track against performance goals.
