This is a fully remote role to work for one of our US-based clients in the food and beverages industry. A Compliance Coordinator is needed to support regulatory submissions, internal documentation, and pricing-related compliance workflows. This position is ideal for someone with a detail-oriented mindset, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. The role includes coordination with internal teams and external agencies to ensure accuracy and timeliness of compliance processes.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit documentation for regulatory filings and product-related compliance requests.
- Coordinate price change and promotional submissions in accordance with regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain internal databases related to compliance, pricing, or product listings.
- Track deadlines and submission schedules, ensuring timely filings across multiple jurisdictions.
- Manage and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) for compliance processes.
- Communicate with internal stakeholders to gather information and align on timelines.
- Support the compliance team with special projects and research as needed.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation before submission.
- Monitor and resolve discrepancies in filing data or database records.
- Contribute to team-wide process improvements and documentation efforts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- At least 1 year of professional experience; prior experience in regulatory, legal, or compliance roles is preferred but not required.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle repetitive or data-heavy tasks with accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Commitment to working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

- Compensation range: $1,400 - $1,800 per month. Please note that the final offer may vary based on the candidate's seniority, specific skill set, and performance throughout the evaluation and interview process.
