About the Role
We’re seeking a hands-on Controller to take charge of founder’s key tasks in leading client accounting: running meetings, managing relationships, and supervising a small team—all with minimal oversight.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a small accounting team

• Run client calls and steer decisions (“casino-manager” style)

• Manage 10–15 client accounts concurrently

• Execute month-end close and review reconciliations

• Analyze financial statements and report insights

• Maintain QuickBooks Online (plus BREX & Bill.com)

• Operate autonomously; escalate only truly critical issues

Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years as a controller or senior accountant with team-management

• Deep US GAAP and accrual accounting expertise

• QuickBooks Online mastery; BREX & Bill.com a plus

• Strong C-suite communication skills

• Proven ability to train and develop junior staff

• Able to overlap CST/MST hours
