Overview
A recognized consulting firm that empowers businesses through cloud-based solutions to achieve growth, scalability, and operational efficiency is seeking a Sales / Growth Operations Representative. This role is ideal for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who enjoys supporting fast-paced sales and customer success teams. You'll be central to day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless coordination, precise documentation, and the smooth execution of processes behind the scenes. This position focuses on execution and support, playing a vital role in maintaining the accuracy of our CRM and facilitating cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Operations Support: Assist with order processing, quote generation, and key documentation (SOWs, renewals, proposals). This includes navigating vendor portals to place software orders and maintaining product pricing and licensing documentation.
CRM Management & Data Integrity: Ensure CRM records are accurate by performing data entry, updates, and tracking tasks. Proactively monitor open items in deal flow and follow up with team members to drive completion.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Serve as a liaison between sales, accounting, and vendors to ensure timely and accurate deal processing. Coordinate with accounting for invoicing, documentation, and internal reporting alignment.
Process Improvement & Administrative Aid: Help organize and maintain SOPs related to quoting, order fulfillment, and renewal processes. Provide general administrative support to sales and customer success teams, including assisting with basic CRM workflows or tool usage questions.
Requirements
Experience: 1–2 years of experience in sales operations, sales support, customer success coordination, or administrative roles (B2B tech or SaaS experience is a plus).
CRM Tools: Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is preferred.
Data Management: Comfortable using Excel or Google Sheets to maintain trackers and documentation.
Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Work Style: Ability to work remotely with a high level of self-direction and organization.
Working Hours & Location
Schedule: Full-time position (approximately 40 hours per week), requiring preferred time zone overlap with U.S. Eastern or Central Time zones.
Type: 100% remote Full-Time job as a contractor.
