You’ll play a key role in driving customer engagement, retention, and profitability through strategic testing, performance analysis, and continuous optimization. This position also involves supporting cross-functional growth initiatives by partnering with Product and Growth teams to launch innovative experiments.
The ideal candidate combines a strong sense of ownership, creative problem-solving, and design sensibility, with a desire to continuously learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the day-to-day execution of our email campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud across a variety of customer audiences
- Maintain calendar for email campaign planning and testing roadmap
- Work with the brand and creative team to ensure campaigns are planned, briefed and completed on time as well as use your design skills to rework some of the email content.
- Identify new testing opportunities to continually improve marketing effectiveness and customer profitability.
- Analyze, report and present on campaign KPIs to drive improved performance
- Collaborate with the Growth and Product teams to launch industry leading experiments
- Conduct testing (content, segmentation, offer, copy) and the following analysis to improve our strategy

Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), including Journey Builder, Email Studio, and campaign automation tools
- Basic knowledge of SQL for audience segmentation and data queries (required)
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email formatting (preferred)
- Proficiency in Figma or other design tools (e.g., Canva, Sketch, Photoshop) for light content editing (highly preferred)
- Comfortable working with Google Sheets / Excel, including calculating key marketing metrics such as CAC and ROI
- Experience managing a campaign calendar and planning a testing roadmap
- Ability to identify A/B testing opportunities and lead test execution (content, segmentation, offer, copy)
- Capable of building simple business cases to support new initiatives and optimizations
- Strong organizational skills, proactive mindset, and the ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Possess the ability to work Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM EST.
