A fast-growing digital agency is looking for a senior-level Account Executive to lead sales efforts for their website development services. You’ll play a key role in refining the agency’s sales strategy, working closely with leadership, and helping build out a high-performing sales process from the ground up.
This is not a typical plug-and-play sales role. The agency is evolving rapidly, and you’ll be central to shaping their client acquisition playbook. You’ll handle a mix of inbound and outbound sales, engage with decision-makers, and help define and improve how the company sells high-ticket digital services. There’s also a clear path to grow into a leadership role as the team expands.
Lead Generation & Outreach: Proactively identify and connect with new clients through outbound efforts, referrals, and re-engaging past leads.
Inbound Sales Conversion: Qualify and convert incoming leads generated through marketing, SEO, and partnerships.
Full-Cycle Sales Management: Own the sales process from discovery to close, ensuring thoughtful and consultative engagement throughout.
Client Education: Clearly communicate the business value of high-quality websites and digital services to founders, CMOs, and other senior leaders.
Process Development: Collaborate with leadership to test and refine outreach strategies, messaging, and sales systems.
Team Enablement: Help lay the foundation for future hires, potentially managing junior sales talent down the line.
Fluent English (spoken & written) – This is essential.
Proven Experience Selling Website Development – Or comparable digital services in the US market.
Solid B2B Sales Background – 2+ years of experience, including closing high-value deals.
Full-Cycle Sales Expertise – Comfortable with both outbound prospecting and inbound lead management.
Confidence with Senior Stakeholders – Able to lead conversations with executive-level decision-makers.
Proactive, Strategic Mindset – Takes initiative, offers ideas, and thrives in fast-moving, evolving environments.
CRM Savvy – Experienced with tools like HubSpot, Close.com, or Salesforce.
Experience in a web or digital marketing agency setting
Familiarity with prospecting tools like Apollo, Clay, or ZoomInfo
Strong written communication and proposal development skills
Experience working closely with founders or small teams
Background in building or refining early-stage sales processes
