We are looking for a Staff Accountant!

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the month-end close process for newly acquired entities, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Maintain complete and accurate financial records, including the General Ledger, Income Statement, and Balance Sheet.
- Perform reconciliations of balance sheet and income statement accounts for newly acquired entities.
- Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance accounting processes for improved efficiency and accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and internal policies.
- Develop, implement, and monitor accounting policies and procedures for newly acquired entities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on acquisition integrations, financial operations, and special projects.
- Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and clear explanations.
- Oversee the vendor billing and employee expense reimbursement process, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
- Prepare monthly expense analysis reports, identifying and explaining significant variances.
- Partner with acquired firms to manage accounts receivable and monitor aging reports.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of progressive accounting experience.
- Public accounting experience is a plus.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite is preferred -
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (intermediate to advanced level).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
