This is a fully remote role to work for one of our US-based clients. They are seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives focused on customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. This role is ideal for someone with a background in subscription-based business models, strong digital and content marketing skills, and a data-driven approach to optimizing performance. The Marketing Manager will collaborate cross-functionally to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns across multiple channels.
- Optimize digital marketing efforts including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
- Manage and maintain the company’s website and communication assets to ensure a consistent brand experience.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategy.
- Create compelling marketing content for various platforms and formats.
- Design and manage pricing strategies and define service offerings based on market and customer insights.
- Analyze and report on pricing and service line performance, recommending improvements.
- Collaborate with sales, product, content, and customer success teams to align efforts and share insights.
- Establish KPIs, track marketing performance, and report results with actionable insights.
- Continuously optimize marketing tactics using data and industry best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a marketing role, ideally in a subscription-based or SaaS environment.
- Proven track record in customer acquisition and retention through strategic marketing initiatives.
- Solid understanding of customer lifecycle marketing and metrics relevant to recurring revenue models.
- Experience managing pricing strategies and optimizing service offerings.
- Skilled in website management, content creation, and marketing communication tools.
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM, marketing automation, and web analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics).
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills and a focus on delivering results.
