This is a fully remote role to work for one of our clients, a US-based company in the food and beverages industry. They are seeking a Paralegal to provide critical support in a fast-paced legal environment. This individual will assist with legal document management, research, scheduling, communication, and other key activities. The role requires excellent organizational skills, strong legal acumen, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and organize legal documents, including contracts, correspondence, internal memos, and filings.
- Conduct legal and factual research across various subject areas and prepare concise summaries.
- Assist with contract management, including tracking key terms, deadlines, and revisions.
- Support litigation and regulatory matters through preparation of materials, file management, and coordination of schedules.
- Help prepare for meetings, hearings, negotiations, and presentations by gathering and organizing relevant information.
- Communicate with internal teams, external partners, and agencies to facilitate legal processes and documentation.
- Maintain accurate and organized files, databases, and calendars.
- Monitor and track legal deadlines to ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
- Assist with legal project management and reporting activities.
- Provide general administrative support to attorneys and legal staff as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a paralegal or in a legal support role within a law firm, in-house legal team, or similar environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to draft clear and professional documents.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and changing priorities.
- Discretion and sound judgment in handling sensitive or confidential information.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office; familiarity with document management and billing systems preferred.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and legal workflows.
- Familiarity with generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini) is a plus.
- Strong legal writing, analytical thinking, and issue-spotting abilities.

- Compensation range: $2,000 - $2,500 per month. Please note that the final offer may vary based on the candidate's seniority, specific skill set, and performance throughout the evaluation and interview process.
