About our client
Our client is a Denver-based PR and affiliate marketing agency known for its collaborative, all-female team. They partner closely with long-term clients and are expanding their affiliate operations. They are looking for someone organized, proactive, and experienced to join their team and help manage and grow this side of the business.
About the role
As an Affiliate Marketing Coordinator, you’ll be the operational backbone of the affiliate marketing team. This is a backend-focused role where you’ll manage affiliate platforms, ensure data accuracy, monitor performance metrics, and support ongoing client initiatives. You’ll also be expected to communicate clearly, stay organized, and be proactive in flagging issues or identifying growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and update affiliate platform data across multiple tools (Impact, ShareASale, AWIN, Levanta, etc.)
Monitor and clean up unauthorized coupon codes
Pull and organize performance data into reports and dashboards
Maintain link accuracy and tracking across programs
Support affiliate onboarding, approvals, and rejections
Draft clear, concise communications and client updates when needed
Track key tasks and campaign needs, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
Proactively identify data issues or process improvements
Participate in internal knowledge sharing and contribute to client success strategy
Skills
3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or program operations
Strong hands-on experience with Impact (must), ShareASale (must), AWIN, CJ, Rakuten, Levanta, and/or Amazon Creator Connections
Comfortable working in Google Sheets or Excel with formulas and large data sets
Fluent in English (written and verbal)
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently while collaborating remotely with the team
Strong written communication skills for emails, reports, and client documentation
Desired Skills
Experience working with PR or influencer marketing agencies
Experience supporting U.S.-based clients or familiarity with affiliate ecosystems in the U.S.
