Overview
Our client is an Amazon-focused creative agency supporting a wide variety of consumer brands across multiple product categories. They’re looking for a multi-talented Graphic Designer, Content Creator, and Video Editor who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You’ll be creating brand-right visual content that converts — across product imagery, A+ Content, Amazon storefronts, and video. This highly creative and executional role requires a balance of design intuition, technical know-how, and an eye for e-commerce performance. You will collaborate closely with account managers, ad specialists, and brand clients, so strong communication and self-management are essential.
Responsibilities
- Brand-Focused Visual & Video Content:
- Direct and execute on-brand AI-driven photo & video shoots
- Use Photoshop and AI tools to enhance imagery, fix logos, and preserve product detail
- Act as a Director of Photography for AI shoots: create beautiful, cohesive visuals with a strong grasp of brand voice
- Write high-conversion captions and apply them to short, effective video edits
- Adapt and export video content across formats for Amazon listings, including Storefronts and A+ modules
- Upload content to Amazon Seller Central: assign to ASIN groups, listings, and modules
- Image Creation & Design:
- Develop infographics, carousel images, and mockups for client approvals
- Create templates that are flexible, scalable, and conversion-focused
- Interpret new brands and translate their visual identity into Amazon-native formats
- Review and select image assets from client photoshoots
- A+ Content & Brand Modules:
- Design engaging, on-brand A+ Content layouts across diverse product categories
- Build reusable templates to streamline multi-ASIN rollouts
- Maintain and update “From the Brand” modules to support cross-selling
- Collaborate with account teams to identify and enhance underperforming content
- Amazon Storefront Design:
- Design and update Amazon Storefronts using strong UX and web layout principles
- Upload and organize navigation, add videos, and apply design updates
- Deliver mockups and design previews for client approval
- Catalog & Inventory Awareness:
- Work within large SKU catalogs—understanding naming conventions, product families, variations, and inventory levels
- Research best-sellers and flag potential issues due to missing assets or constraints
Requirements
- Experience & Skills:
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop is a must), Canva, Figma (preferred), and AI design tools
- Bonus: Experience with ChatGPT or other AI content tools, Seller Central uploads, image exporting best practices
- Solid understanding of Amazon listing structures and conversion-focused creative
- Ability to identify and fix content issues (e.g., resolution, compliance errors)

- Experience working in an Amazon creative agency environment
- Prior hands-on experience with Seller Central and/or listing optimization
- Familiarity with high-SKU environments and fast-paced catalog launches
