Paid Media Specialist (Remote)
Location: Remote (Latin America, aligned with US Eastern Time zone)
Salary Range: $2,500 – $4,000 USD/month
Overview
Our client, a growing digital marketing agency transitioning from primarily organic social media to paid media services, is seeking a talented Paid Media Specialist to join their remote team. This mid-level role is ideal for someone with agency or freelance experience managing social media ad campaigns across platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, LinkedIn, and Google Ads. You will own the paid media function, managing multiple clients and budgets, with opportunities to grow into a leadership role.
Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Google Ads.
- Manage multiple client accounts (approx. 7-10 clients) with varying budgets, from small to large (up to $20k+ per month).
- Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with the creative team to direct video and graphic production tailored to campaign needs.
- Support client onboarding for new ad accounts and maintain strong client communication through calls and meetings.
- Advise clients on budget allocation and campaign strategy to maximize ROI.
- Work alongside founders and agency leadership as a core team member contributing to growth and service development.
Requirements
- 2-3+ years experience managing paid social media campaigns, preferably in agency or freelance environments.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Ads (Google Ads as a nice-to-have).
- Comfortable managing multiple clients with diverse budgets simultaneously.
- Fluency in English for client-facing communication.
- Highly autonomous, responsive, and committed to a full-time role (not freelance/side gig).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to handle a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Agency or startup experience is a plus but not required—openness to learning and adapting is key.
