With a strong company culture and growth-focused mindset, they are building a scalable sales support team to strengthen internal operations.

About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to support both art operations and licensing functions. This role involves screening and scheduling art orders, managing licensing submissions, and troubleshooting related issues to ensure smooth workflow and compliance with branding and licensing standards.

Key Responsibilities
 

• Screen incoming art orders for errors, clarity, and compliance with IP and licensing guidelines.
• Schedule art orders to appropriate artists and log errors in the shared database.
• Submit art designs to licensing entities and act as a point of contact for licensing inquiries.
• Manage licensing assets including logos, fonts, and Pantone colors.
• Assist sales teams with troubleshooting art-related issues.
   

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 0-1 years relevant experience.
• Basic understanding of art and graphic design, including vector vs bitmap distinctions, branding, and color matching (Pantone).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams, email, and data entry.
• Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and ability to work efficiently and organized.
   

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator and/or Photoshop.
• Background in art/design or customer service is a plus.

Working Hours

• From Monday to Friday, 8AM - 5PM CST.
